Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed. Meet our strong resilient survivor- Duke! Duke was stuck by a car and suffered a broken pelvis. He underwent lifesaving surgery to repair his injuries and he’s made a remarkable recovery! Duke is once again enjoying daily walks and continues to get stronger every day. Through it all Duke has been nothing but sweet and affectionate to everyone he has met! He has proven to be not only a survivor but an all around amazing dog. At only 5 years old, Duke is ready for a fresh start and a family that will adore him as much as he will adore them! This guy loves to be around people and would thrive in a home where someone is around to keep him company most of the time. He promises to be a fabulous companion!
