Sadie - Staffordshire Bull Terrier-Unknown Mix Female Dog For Adoption in West Cornwall, Connecticut, USA

Dog Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat).

Sadie is a sweet lady that loves to meet new people. Since she’s a bit on the bigger side and is still working on her jumping habit she would probably do best with children 12 and up. She might be a little overweight but she doesn’t let it slow her down! She loves to go for her walks and is always ready for an adventure. We think she would make a great couch potato for movie nights and cuddles as well. We haven’t had the chance to do a play group yet but she seems dog selective. Sadie would make a great forever friend for a lucky somebody so come meet her and maybe it will be you! APPROXIMATE WEIGHT: 74 lbs. ESTIMATED DOB: 4/24/2023 GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS: no GOOD WITH KIDS: 12+ GOOD WITH CATS: no REQUIRES A FENCE: no ACTIVITY LEVEL: med-high LIKES TO VOCALIZE: yes SPECIAL NEEDS: no BREED EXPERIENCE NEEDED: no APPROPRIATE PLACEMENT FOR 1ST TIME DOG OWNER? FREE OBEDIENCE TRAINING IS OFFERED WITH ALL DOG ADOPTIONS Please note that we are often asked if dogs are "house trained". The dogs are in fact living in a kennel environment during their time with us. Even if they have previously lived in a home and been trained - the stress of the change and the new home can sometimes cause regression and require some additional training. We feel that it's best for all adopters to be prepared for this possibility. Visit our adoption page for details about our process, and to fill out an adoption application. All animals come spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. If the animals age or health prevents any of these from being completed prior to adoption a voucher is issued for the services to be performed. If you have any questions about the animal, or our adoption process, please email adoptlittleguild. The Little Guild is a 501c(3) federally recognized non-profit organization devoted to saving the lives of homeless pets.
