Description
Dog Breed: Belgian Shepherd Malinois (medium coat). This is Seo A556732. He is suffering from kennel stress and anxiety in the shelter. Despite a team of volunteers who take him out throughout the day. He still needs out of our shelter. He is sweet, affectionate, loves to please you with learning new commands and completing them. He did well in a foster home with an older female German Shepherd. He seen cats in the home and was curious and cautious about them but did not chase them. He is not reactive on leash. He walks great on leash and tends to stop during his walk to turn around and look at you to check in. He will also stop during his walk and sit in front of you and look at you for direction. He is very treat motivated and loves to learn and work his mind. On walks he is not reactive to people walking by or cars and high traffic noise. He loves to lean on you and look up at you can you help foster him to save his life it's not fair to him to be living day after day with extreme anxiety and stress in a kennel next to 29 other dogs who are hoping to find their forever home. Seo, desperately needs a foster shelter break. His anxiety in the shelter has led to being prescribed medication to help him cope with life in the shelter. He has recently cut his leg twice within the past two weeks in his kennel trying to get out. We will supply you with food, bowls, toys, bedding, a crate, leash and harness while he is in foster with you. Please share Seo with your community in hopes he will find a positive outcome from the shelter.
