She was found wandering the streets with her good friend Otis, a 13-lb Shih Tzu. Life was hard for both of them, and while Otis was lucky enough to find his forever home, River needed a lot of medical care before she could begin her next chapter. Thankfully, River is now on the road to recovery and ready to find her forever family! Have you ever wanted a Husky who is actually chill and calm?
