Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mountain Cur / Mixed. Sadie is a beautiful and energetic little lady from South Carolina, who loves people! She was recently returned to PAW by no fault of her own, and we are working with her to make sure that she is ready for the next opportunity to settle down in a home. Sadie is still a bit of a puppy, with a desire to walk, sniff, and explore. While she loves adventuires and is good in the car, she doesn't mind stopping along her walks or hikes for pets and snuggles and loves to climb into your lap and smother you with kisses. A high energy girl, Sadie has never met a stranger. She is house trained and crate trained, she knows "sit" and is working on "down." Sadie loves treats, so she is a willing student! Sadie very much loves her walks and she continues to work on her leash skills. She loves to run and would do best in a home with a yard. While Sadie does enjoy socializing with other dogs, she does best with one at a time because she likes to make sure that everyone is playing by the rules and tends to "police" when in group play. Sadie would love to find a new place to hang her leash and settle into the life that she deserves! PAW adopts in the DC, MD, VA, and souther PA region.
