REESE - Shepradors Male Dog For Adoption in Placerville, California, USA

Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat).

Meet Reese, Your Next Adventure Buddy! Reese is a 2-year-old German Shepherd/Labrador mix with a big heart, a sharp mind, and an adventurous spirit. If you’re looking for a loyal companion to share life’s adventures with, Reese is your guy. Reese is our longest resident, and everyone who knows him wonders why. He’s a favorite among both our staff and volunteers, winning people over with his goofy personality, intelligence, and love for his people. He’s incredibly loyal and forms a strong bond that makes him the kind of dog who will always be by your side. He loves the water, especially his green bucket where he can fully submerge! He is happiest when he’s outside exploring, hiking, playing, or learning something new. Reese is very smart, extremely food motivated, and loves to train. He enjoys having a job to do, learns quickly, and is eager to please, making him a great fit for someone who wants a dog they can continue to work with. Whether it’s learning new tricks, going on hikes, or just being your everyday sidekick, Reese is up for anything and is happiest when he’s included in day-to-day activities and training. With his athleticism, intelligence, and drive to work, Reese would also be an excellent candidate for canine sports like agility, rally, dock diving, scent work, or obedience. Reese has a lot of enthusiasm for life and can get a little too excited around other dogs. Because of that, he would do best as the only dog in the home or with a well-matched, non-dominant canine companion who can match his play style. He has been waiting far too long for someone to see what we see every day. If you’re looking for a fun, active, loyal dog who will be your best friend through every adventure or activity you throw his way, come meet Reese. We think you’ll fall in love with him just like we have.
