We are looking for a needle in a haystack! Meet Leo… he is one year old, a Beagle mix weighing 28 lbs. with a heart of gold. He is special to us as he is in need of a special home. Leo is a year old and spent his early months of life in the back yard in a kennel. Due to this, he needs a very patient owner that will give him time to warm up to them. He is especially timid with men and young children, but okay with women. He really loves the company of another dog. Here is what we would like for Leo: Quieter household. Another dog in the home. Fenced in yard and an owner that will give him time to warm up. We know there is someone out there that understands the rewards they get when shy dogs learn to trust.
