Meet Mae Mae! If you're looking for a sweet little dog with a BIG personality, Mae Mae is your girl! This adorable 1-year-old Jack Russell mix is smart, silly, playful, affectionate, and guaranteed to keep you entertained. She has the cutest Terrier zoomies, loves her toys, and has a whole lot of love to give. Mae Mae is seriously smart! Her foster mom taught her to fetch and bring the ball back in just 15 minutes. She quickly learned “Ball” and “Bring me the ball,” and she responds well to “No.” Mae Mae loves learning and is eager to please, making her a fun little dog to train. Playtime is definitely one of Mae Mae's favorite things. She LOVES to run, chase toys, play fetch, and show off her adorable zoomie circles. Her tennis ball and squeaky toys are favorites, and she would absolutely enjoy a fenced yard where she can safely burn off some of that Terrier energy. A fenced yard isn't required, though—a family willing to give her plenty of exercise and playtime will make her just as happy. Once playtime is over, Mae Mae has another favorite activity: sleeping! She is crate trained and happily snoozes away, often stretching slowly when she wakes up before looking for some cuddles. She is also working on her potty training and will need a family willing to continue giving her the consistency and positive reinforcement she needs. Mae Mae gets along well with other dogs and would likely do fine with cats. In fact, she currently thinks the cat in her foster home is a little scary! What Mae Mae really needs is someone who will appreciate her fun-loving Terrier personality and give her the chance to keep learning and growing. She's a smart girl with so much potential, and she absolutely shines when she has someone who engages her mind, plays with her, and gives her plenty of love. Mae Mae is the perfect combination of zoomies + fetch + snuggles + serious naptime. She's ready to find the person who will appreciate all the silly, smart, wonderful things that make her Mae Mae.
