Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (short coat). Adoption Fee: 410.00. WE ARE REQUIRING ADOPTERS TO HAVE A FULLY FENCED YARD FOR BONNIE TO KEEP HER SAFE FROM PUPPY DISEASES SINCE SHE'S NOT FULLY VACCINATED. ADOPTERS MUST BE LOCATED IN THE MD/DC/N.VA AREA. Bonnie and her brother Clyde (DOB 7/11/26) were found as lonely and very hungry strays and taken to the local animal shelter. They're both underweight, but we're working on getting them strong and healthy. Bonnie will be ready to join her adoptive family after September 11th. Bonnie's adopters will be required to sign a spay/neuter addendum (including paying a refundable $100 spay/neuter fee) and a training addendum as part of the adoption contract. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term.
