He enjoys a good scratch and will hang out with you while you watch TV. He even watches, too! He also loves his toys and will entertain himself with a bone for hours (no plush toys for him because he will pull out all the stuffing!) When you're feeling more active, Barney is happy to go out on adventures with you. He is very spry for his age! He loves car rides, hikes and exploring, but he sometimes pulls on his leash and barks at other dogs in excitement. He just wants to say hi, though! Barney is a very sweet dog and gets along with dogs, cats, kids and even bunnies! He would love a home with another dog, but he mostly just wants someone to give him attention and make him part of their family. Barney is a very unique looking dog with his long legs, wire hair, and a mohawk! Even though he is only 20lbs, he tends to hang out with our big dogs since he is so tall! Barney is a Jack Russell Terrier/Poodle and approx 11 years old (he doesn't act like a senior at all). He is in great shape, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
