Dog Breed: Shepherd / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications. You must come to the shelter in person to meet the PAHS pets. Elvie is a 3-month-old female Shepherd/Lab mix. She and her litter were found as strays in the county. Elvie has a predominantly white coat with striking black markings and charming light brown freckles on her legs. Her adorable little ears hint at some Terrier in her mix. Playful and affectionate, Elvie would thrive in a home with children and other dogs. Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under "special needs" our dogs have screened heart worm negative. *****Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications.
