SAGE HOPE LOWER FEE - Mutt Female Dog For Adoption in Yardley, Pennsylvania, USA

Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (short coat).

Age: 1 year Breed: Blue Heeler mix Sex: Female Size: 37 lb Status: Available About Sage Sage is the kind of dog who makes you smile because she has a big personality to match her big heart. She came to us as an owner surrender, and while we're not entirely sure what her breed mix is, there is DEFINITELY enough Heeler in this girl to bring out all those classic Heeler characteristics! Sage is smart as a whip, strong-willed, incredibly loyal, and full of personality. She's the type of girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to let you know it! She'll keep you on your toes, but she'll also give you something even better in return — the unwavering loyalty that Heelers are famous for. Once Sage decides you're her person, she's YOUR girl. She bonds deeply with the people she trusts and has the potential to be an incredibly devoted companion. She would thrive with someone who appreciates an intelligent dog and is willing to give her structure, consistency, and plenty of opportunities to use that busy Heeler brain. But don't let that strong personality fool you — Sage has a softer side, too. She has lived with both dogs and cats and doesn't seem to mind either, making her a pretty versatile girl when it comes to finding her forever home. Of course, as with any dog, proper introductions with new furry family members are always important. Sage isn't looking for someone who simply wants a dog to hang out in the backyard. She's looking for a relationship. She wants a person who will challenge her, engage her, earn her trust, and become her partner for life.
