KISMET is a cutie patootie! He's a darling little chiweenie (dachshund/chihuahua) type mixed breed boy with a long and low body. He's 5-7 years old and tips the scales at just 10 pounds. Kismet is a curious little guy who loves a good cuddle. He does an adorable little "pick me up" dance. When Kismet is out for walks he loves to find interesting smells to roll in. He's fun, engaging little companionable dog, okay with another small dog or fine as an only dog. If you'd like to meet Kismet, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. You can meet Kismet at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
