Meet Butterscotch — a beautiful, sweet Lab-mix boy who is ready for his second chance at the happy family life he deserves. Butterscotch was actually born at the shelter and adopted last December. He was deeply loved by his owner, but sadly, his owner became sick and passed away. Through no fault of his own, Butterscotch found himself back in the shelter system and is now safe in foster care. This gentle boy is truly a dream. He was wonderful with his owner’s grandkids, gets along beautifully with other animals, and has the easygoing, loving personality Labs are known for. Butterscotch is the kind of dog who would happily fit right into a busy home full of children, pets, love, and maybe a few dropped snacks. He has already known what it feels like to be part of a family. Now he just needs another one to give him the forever home he so deserves.
