Rax came to the shelter as an abuse/neglect case after being left outside in the Texas heat. . Thankfully, someone called for help, and now this handsome boy is safe and ready for a much better chapter. And if there is one thing you need to know about Rax, it’s that he LOVES soft toys! He may actually be a certified professional toy tester. Rax is fully vetted, neutered, incredibly sweet, friendly, and full of personality .
