River - German Shepherd Dog Female Dog For Adoption in Springdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog.

Meet River: The German Shepherd Social Butterfly! German Shepherds are often known for being serious and protective, but somebody completely forgot to tell River! This 10-month-old sweetheart has never met a stranger she didn't instantly adore. Whether you have two legs or four, she considers you a best friend she just hasn't played with yet. Still very much a puppy, River has that goofy, joyful, big-paw energy. She thrives on connection and would be absolutely thrilled to go to a home with another dog to wrestle and run with, but she might also be happy as your one and only! She is looking for a family who will take her on adventures, taking advantage of how well she already walks on leash! River is surprising calm for an older puppy as well with a very good attention span and an eager to learn spirit that makes her a great fit for a family with children in the home. And for sure, her cuddling skills rival the best of them! If you are looking for a loyal, highly trainable, and incredibly social companion to brighten up your days and keep you on your toes, River is waiting for you! Bring her home, and get ready for a lifetime of love, laughter, and an endless supply of joy!
