Dog Breed: American Bulldog / American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed. Adoption Fee: 350.

STAR is a foster-based rescue. All our rescue animals stay in foster homes until adoption. We do not have a central facility. If you want to meet any of our adoptables please submit an application. CARAMEL Hi! I’m Caramel! My siblings and I had a pretty muddy start to life! We were born outside around September 19th, but luckily we had the BEST momma looking after us. She kept us strong and healthy, and now we’re getting ready for the next chapter — finding families of our very own! ❤️ I should be ready for my forever home around November 14th, and applications are open now! Adoption Fee: $350 each The adoption fee includes a $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit. Each puppy will go home with some food, a leash & collar, treats, a toy and other goodies, along with their vet records, microchip and age-appropriate flea, tick & heartworm prevention. ❤️ Apply for pre-approval at linktr.ee/starescue All STAR animals come vetted, Up to Date (UTD) on age appropriate shots and testing, spay and neutered (if of age,) and microchipped. AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess. BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter!
