Gargoyle - Catahoula Leopard Dog-Unknown Mix Male Dog For Adoption in New Oxford , Pennsylvania, USA

Dog Breed: Catahoula Leopard Dog / Mixed. Adoption Fee: $350.

ADOPT GARGOYLE. HE’S SOMEONE ELSE’S TURN TO BE EXHAUSTED. Meet Gargoyle. 50 pounds. 1½ years old. Partially blind. Partially deaf. Absolutely zero brain cells available for navigation. This boy will walk in circles, bark at you like he’s filing a formal complaint, run into your personal space, and then look at you like YOU’RE the problem. His daily schedule includes: Walks. LOVES them. Toys. Must squeak EVERYTHING. Tug-of-war. He takes this more seriously than most people take their careers. Cuddles. Yes, this walking disaster is actually a sweetheart. Sleeping through the night like an angel who wasn’t a complete menace at 3 PM. And then there’s his special talent… PEEING ON HIS OWN LEG. Almost once a day, this genius manages to pee on himself. And when we clean him up? He’s actually GREAT about it. Sir. You have ONE job. He has good days and bad days. Some days he’ll make you laugh until you cry. Other days you’ll question every decision that led you to this moment. And somehow, you love him anyway. Because underneath the barking, the circles, the questionable bathroom technique, and the general lack of common sense is a genuinely sweet boy who loves his people. He’s not polished. He’s not graceful. He’s not winning any awards for problem-solving. But he’s GARGOYLE. And Gargoyle is Gargoyle. His ideal home: * No toddlers or people with mobility/balance concerns — he’s a 50-pound wrecking ball with unpredictable turns! * A calm, neutral dog could work, but he’s also fine being your one-and-only. * He’s been cat tested; a confident, dog-savvy cat may be a possibility. * Someone patient who understands that a partially blind and deaf dog needs time, guidance, and love. PLEASE. SOMEONE ADOPT THIS IDIOT. We love him. We really do. But wouldn’t it be nice if someone else got to spend their days saying, “GARGOYLE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW?!” And then immediately giving him a kiss because he’s just too darn lovable. Gargoyle is waiting for his forever home. Come adopt your very own lovable disaster. Gargoyle is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines and is heart-worm negative. He’s fostered in New Bloomfield, PA. Gargoyle also has a partial sponsorship toward his adoption fee! Apply today or request your meet and greet if already pre-approved! LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at .pack9rescue. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
