Socrates (1yo, 46lbs) - Labrador Retriever-Unknown Mix Male Dog For Adoption in Hinton, West Virginia, USA

Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Hound / Mixed.

Summers County Humane Society FYI... the next FOUR adoptions are sponsored by ZEIGLER & ZIEGLER LAW FIRM in Hinton, WV! Meet SOCRATES, a young, handsome pup who is wondering why he's still waiting for a family of his own. Socrates currently lives in the county kennels, but he deserves so much more than a kennel life. At around 1 year old, this Black Mouth Cur mix is everything people love about young dogs: friendly, fun, eager to please, and always ready for an adventure. Spend just a few minutes with him and you'll understand why everyone falls for his charm. Socrates loves people and has a happy, outgoing personality that makes him a joy to be around. He's the kind of dog who greets each day with enthusiasm and is always ready to make a new friend. This handsome boy also gets along great with other dogs. In fact, he was an excellent playmate for a 4-year-old Great Dane in one of our volunteers homes, matching energy and play style like a pro. Whether it's running around the yard, exploring outdoors, or simply hanging out with his favorite people, Socrates is happiest when he's part of the action. A little about Socrates: • Approximately 1 year old • Appears to be a Black Mouth Cur mix • Neutered • Up-to-date on vaccines and preventative care • Friendly and social • Great with other dogs • Fun-loving, playful, and affectionate Socrates has all the qualities of an amazing family dog. He's young enough for adventures, smart enough to learn, and loving enough to become someone's very best friend. Now all he needs is a family willing to give him the chance he deserves. Please share Socrates' story and help this wonderful boy find the loving home he's been waiting for. ❤️ Please sponsor me!
