Moose - Jack Russell Terrier-Unknown Mix Male Dog For Adoption in West Cornwall, Connecticut, USA

Dog Breed: Jack Russell Terrier / Mixed (short coat).

Wave hello to Moose! He is our new handsome, energetic deaf puppy. He is completely deaf so we have been working with him using hand signals which he picks up on very well. You’ll have your hands full with all his puppy energy and zest for life, but he can also be so calm and sweet. He loves to lay out in the grass while you give him all the love and pets, then he’s ready to get back to his adventures. He seems like he would love to play with other dogs and we are hoping to get him in a play group soon. He loves to investigate the woods on his hikes and is always happy to go for a nice walk. Moose is a very special little guy looking for his new forever home and he would absolutely love to meet you! APPROXIMATE WEIGHT: 49 lbs. The dogs are in fact living in a kennel environment during their time with us. Even if they have previously lived in a home and been trained - the stress of the change and the new home can sometimes cause regression and require some additional training. We feel that it's best for all adopters to be prepared for this possibility. Visit our adoption page for details about our process, and to fill out an adoption application. All animals come spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. If the animals age or health prevents any of these from being completed prior to adoption a voucher is issued for the services to be performed. If you have any questions about the animal, or our adoption process, please email adoptlittleguild. The Little Guild is a 501c(3) federally recognized non-profit organization devoted to saving the lives of homeless pets.
