Please note that we can not guarantee the age, expected weight or breed of any animal. What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal. Unless otherwise noted, ALL animals are fostered and available for adoption on Long Island, NY. Buddy is a sweet gentleman looking for a permanent cozy spot. Buddy had a family for 12 years, but when the youngest child was headed off to college, they decided Buddy didn't have a home anymore with them. LCAR couldn't see him being left at a shelter, so they saved him and brought him to NY. Right now, Buddy is staying with a foster family that includes adults, kids and dogs. He is thriving in his foster home. Happy to have a home and family again.
