Pepper - Labrador Retriever-Unknown Mix Female Dog For Adoption in Springdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Dog Breed: Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed.

Meet Pepper! Your future little shadow is waiting for you. Pepper is a 4-month-old, 25-pound puppy who's ready to leave her shelter days behind and find a family of her very own! This sweet girl came into rescue with her sister, after spending the beginning of her life in a shelter in West Virginia. Her sister has found her forever home, and now it's Pepper's turn! Pepper is a happy, playful girl who loves people and wants to be wherever the action is. Whether you're playing with her, hanging out around the house, or simply going from room to room, chances are Pepper would love to be right there with you. She's the kind of puppy who doesn't want to miss a thing! She loves other dogs, enjoys playing with older kids, and even thinks cats are fun if they're willing to join in. She'd love a doggy sibling to play with, but she can also be perfectly happy as your one and only, as long as she gets plenty of love, playtime, and attention. Like any young puppy, Pepper is still learning her manners. She has plenty of puppy energy and can get a little mouthy when she gets excited, but she's easily redirected to a toy and is learning every day. A home with older, dog-savvy kids would likely be the best fit while she continues learning appropriate play. Here's the good news for her future family: Pepper is crate trained and sleeps in her crate all night without crying or having accidents! She's also doing really well with potty training when kept on a consistent schedule. She's a smart girl who's already making great progress. She also working on commands like sit, down, place, and come and is during really well with those. She is a quick learner! Still needs a little work on her leash walking skills but is making progress each day. We think Pepper may be a Lab, Pittie, and Terrier mix, although we can't know for sure. Her momma is around 45 pounds, and we expect Pepper will grow into a medium-sized dog. With her beautiful black coat, little hints of brown, playful personality, and love for being around her people, Pepper has so much to offer the family willing to give her a chance. She's spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to start her next chapter. Pepper's sister found her family. Now we're hoping it's finally Pepper's turn. Could that family be yours?
