ITZEL - Chihuahua Female Dog For Adoption in Camarillo, California, USA

Dog Breed: Chihuahua (medium coat).

Little Itzel is extremely fearful, especially when it comes to physical handling. Although the injuries resulting from her documented bites have been relatively limited, she is looking for a home without young children. She is best suited to an adult home capable of recognizing fear and avoiding unnecessary or forced handling while allowing dog to acclimate. Future adopters should understand that veterinary care or other necessary physical handling may require additional precautions, including low-stress handling techniques and/or appropriate pre-visit medication if recommended by their vet.
