Skat - Great Pyredane Male Dog For Adoption in Decatur, Georgia, USA

Dog Breed: Great Dane / Great Pyrenees / Mixed (short coat).

As a puppy, Skat was gifted to a young woman who cannot keep him in her apartment. Her mom took him in but she's gone 12 hours a day so he is not getting the attention a puppy needs. He's a sweet, affectionate boy but if he really is a Great Dane mix, he will probably get pretty big. A little training would go a long way to bond him with his owner and make him more manageable as a big boy. He needs a fenced yard because he loves to run and play fetch... though he hasn't learned to give the ball back yet. He really wants someone who is home enough to spend play time with him. He is still in that puppy stage of chewing up what he shouldn't, so he could use a little attention learning what is safe to chew. He will be getting neutered before adoption. Age: 9 months Weight:45 lbs Training: House-trained, crate-trained, knows Sit Gets along with: all people but best with older sturdy kids. Experience with dogs so far, is the neighbor's dog- they play through the fence and try out race each other. No cats, he seems to like to chase.
