Online Adoption Application Meet Casper, a sweet and gentle puppy with a quiet, reserved personality and a heart full of love. Casper is a shy little boy who takes his time getting comfortable with new people and surroundings. He prefers to observe from a safe distance until he feels secure, but with patience, kindness, and reassurance, his loving personality slowly begins to emerge. Casper is an intelligent little guy who is learning about the world around him at his own pace. While he may not be the first to jump into new adventures, he enjoys spending time with his foster siblings, who help him feel more confident and comfortable. Having another dog around seems to encourage Casper to come out of his shell and show his playful side. Casper would benefit greatly from a home with another friendly, confident dog who can be his companion and help guide him as he continues to build his confidence. He would thrive in a calm, loving environment with a patient family who understands that shy puppies sometimes need a little extra time and encouragement. Casper may take a little longer to trust, but the love and companionship he has to offer will make every moment worthwhile. With a gentle hand, a furry friend, and plenty of love, this sweet boy has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful, loyal companion.
