ZARA: Looking for Love, Adventure, and a Well-Stocked Treat Jar! Zara is a gorgeous 7-month-old black poodle who has apparently decided that life is one big adventure—and everyone she meets is a potential best friend. At 30 pounds, Zara is an irresistible combination of athlete, intellectual, and professional cuddler. She loves to run, romp, and play with other dogs, and she's smart and athletic enough that she might have a future in agility competitions. (She hasn't hired an agent yet, but we're keeping our options open.) But Zara has a softer side. She'll gently rest her head in your lap, gaze up at you with those irresistible eyes, and, if you don't take the hint, simply climb into your lap for a proper cuddle. Personal space is a concept she has chosen not to embrace. And treats? Oh, yes. Zara is highly motivated by edible compensation. She's smart enough to train you, but with enough treats, you might be able to turn the tables. Zara is looking for someone who wants a playful companion, an enthusiastic adventure buddy, and 30 pounds of unconditional affection. She's ready to steal your heart—and possibly your favorite chair.
