Name: Clank Best Guess for Breed: Chihuahua Mix Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of Nov. 2026 SEX: male Approximate Weight: 8 lbs as of 10/30 Gets Along With: Other dogs! We have tested Clank with some of the cats at the shelter, and he did not seem particularly interested in chasing or pouncing on the cat. While this is a positive sign that Clank could live with a cat, he has not done so to our knowledge. If you have cats in your home, we are happy to discuss with you how to best introduce a new pup to your pack! Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs DC area foster or forever home!! Clank is Looking For: His forever family! This happy, bouncy boy is ready to spring into the good life with humans of his very own. He would love plenty of sniffy walks, opportunities to explore his new neighborhood and lots of playtime and enrichment to keep his days fun and interesting. Clank gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy making canine friends along the way. He is eager to discover all the wonderful things that come with being a treasured family dog—quality kibble, engaging toys, a soft bed and plenty of affection from his favorite people. He would also love to attend dog school so he can bond with his humans and show them what a clever boy he can be. What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon!
