I worked as a veterinary technician for 12 years, but the bug to breed any of my pets did not hit me until after I retired from that profession and when I fell in love with my very first Shih-Tzu puppy, Sadie. For years I bred only Shih-Tzus, but due to Rheumatoid arthritis causing significant joint pain, I was no longer able to keep up with their grooming needs. Since I love longer coats, but needed the coats to be low-shedding and manageable, I started breeding designer puppies. My puppies have medium length, manageable coats with a fuller bib and long, flowing tails. I also focus on their temperament and socialization, so that your new family member will be confident, sweet, fun- loving, and a joy to be around.
