Description:
We are a goat farm that occasionally breeds our Colorado Mountain Dogs (CMDs). CMDs are a new type of Livestock Guardian Dog (LGD) bred primarily for temperament to be excellent livestock guards and family companions. Pups are raised with goats, their experienced livestock guardian parents and lots of love from all the kids and adults they easily charm. They grow up to be large graceful dogs 80 - 120 lbs with friendly dispositions toward children and discernment of when to be protective of their beloved human and animal charges.
