Our dogs are our pets, in our home, never kenneled, on our 93 acre home. We enjoy participating with them in conformation competition and have done so very successfully A Rat Terrier’s main love in life is to be with their people, so they enjoy competing too, pets first, show dogs second. Rat Terriers are a hardy healthy breed, strong, active, loyal, happy and funny. They are the ultimate family companion, happy to lay around all day, ready to go in an instant. They are very sensitive, easy to train, registered with AKC, Grand Champions and Champions, they can do it all. Their tails are docked and dew-claws removed, before they go to their forever home they are vaccinated, microchipped and wormed since 2 weeks of age.
