We have 10 AKC registered Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies looking for their forever homes! Three males and seven females. Available for adoption November 11, 2024. Piney Woods Rhodesian Ridgebacks is located in Alba TX on a 14-acre farm. We have been a Ridgeback family for over 36 years. We are occasional breeders, and we only allow our animals with the best traits, temperaments, intelligence, and genetics to breed. This allows us to produce the best puppies possible. Our puppies are raised with our grandchildren and socialized with adult dogs. They are exposed to a variety of sounds/noises and a variety of surfaces. We encourage independence by allowing them to safely explore new surroundings indoors as well as outdoors. Our puppies come with a two-year health guarantee. All pups have been vet checked, had their dew claws removed, four sets of dewormer and their first vaccines at 8 weeks when they are ready to go to their forever homes. Sire and Dam have been DNA tested and have had their hips X-rayed. Both sire and dam are negative for DM, EOAD, EIC and JME. They do not have hip dysplasia. Due to the fabulous economy, we will consider bartering for a puppy. We can assist with shipping or travel needs. At Piney Woods Rhodesian Ridgebacks, we have taken something which started as a family passion for the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed, and over the years have become small occasional breeders. We don't breed as a source of primary income but try to produce superb pets at affordable rates to enable others to enjoy the same pleasure we have had in making one of these exceptional animals a valued member of the family. We are careful to breed only our pets that have been fully screened for breed typical health problems, are exceptionally clever, have friendly dispositions, and fit in seamlessly as incredible family pets. We breed responsibly and try to add value through socialization and interaction with all of all our pups.
