I am a small family breeder in Missouri. I have three female and one male miniature dachshunds. I love the breed of dachshunds because they are loving, funny, and good with children. My family has always had a dachshund even before we started breeding them. I believe a dog should fit your personality and a dachshund fits our families personalities. Our dogs are pets first! We love all four of them dearly. We live on a farm so they have plenty of room to roam around and hunt, which sometimes can get them into trouble. My dogs are around children and our family cat.
