The family who surrendered Cooper were heartbroken that a neighbor kept complaining to their landlord that the dog barked when outside. Truly, this is not the outcome that we had wanted to see even to the point we tried talking to the landlord. The dog had to go ... The family have 5 grandchildren from 4 years old to 10 years old and he is great with them. He is currently in a board/foster situation and not doing as well as we had hoped because he misses a family.
