This is Our Scooter ???? Scoote is a red medium Australian Labradoodle. He's authentic labradoodle and comes from a proven lineage line of Australian Labradoodles. Scooter is a favorite of our kids and get the most hugs and kisses by far. He will probably weigh around 35 pounds when full grown. He is a layback little guy and shows great people awareness, He loves to be social and play with small kids. following you wherever you go is his favorite. he loves to snuggle sleep on the couch and find sleep corners behind furniture. He would do great for a first time puppy family, especially for small kids with no experience with pups. I would consider would do great with just about any family life style. he has been health checked and both parents have been health checked and cleared. He also has a fleece coat that is non shedding and easy manageable. I have no doubt Scooter will make a family complete with his companionship and love. he is still looking for a loving family. Australian Labradoodle
Overview:
The Australian Labradoodle breed dates back to the 1980's and was initiated by Wally Conran of Royal Guide Dogs located in Victoria Australia. The intent was to create a breed that was allergy and asthma friendly with the temperament of a service dog. This journey was inspired by a vision impaired woman in Hawaii needed a Guide Dog which wouldn't aggravate her husband's allergies. Of the 31 Labradoodles bred at Royal Guide Dogs, a staggering 29 made it through as Guide Dogs... an accolade of paralleled proportion for this "new breed' of Guide Dog. Currently the Australian Labradoodle is considered to be a cross between the Poodle, Cocker Spaniel and Labrador Retriever, while the Labradoodle is a cross between the Labrador Retriever and Poodle only.
