Litter Description
This is considered a designer breed, but in my opinion the perfect dog for homesteaders and families. An awesome combo of both parents, with regards to training and protective instincts. Both parents are purebred; dad is GP and AKC registered (we owned the grandparents) and mom is a Blue Merle AS from champion AKC and CKC/ASDR bloodlines. They are ready to go this week, and will have deworming and vet check. They have been well socialized with 4 kids. Exposed to cats, but kept separate from chickens to avoid parasites. Raised inside with 24/7 care and handling for the first 6 weeks by all 4 kids. This breed has a double coat (super cold hardy) and dew claws. They need space for running, not great for apartment living.

Puppy Description
This sweet Merle boy is the pick of the litter. If we could keep a boy, we’d be keeping him. We called him Jack Sparrow because the kids wanted to name him after a pirate (with the eye-patch), and that morphed into Jack Jack. He’s the pup that ‘sings’ if you ignore him (while the other pups slept), and would settle as soon as picked up; he loves being with his people. Super smart, and sweet; truly think he’ll be the best family dog ever. Not sure if they’ll change, but looks like he might end up with his mama’s bi-colored eyes.

Mom is purebred Australian Shepherd, blue-Merle with bi-colored eyes. Her dad was AKC Top dog (blue Merle champion bloodline) and her mom was a red-tri CKC/ASDR registered. She’s super smart, agile and trainable.
