This listing is for a TriColor F Pup, PET ONLY. My Family has been breeding Siberian Huskies since the 1960's. We started out with Monadnock, Bow Lake, Wonalancet, Seppala and a few other older bloodlines and have been Linebreeding and Importing new Blood since! All of our Dogs are Old Bloodlines &; Older Style and Small to Medium sized dogs. Males are generally from 40-60# max &; Females are from 30-50# max and all within height standards. All of our litters are Double or Triple Registered. We only select 1-2 of each litter to be sold with Full Breeding Rights (mostly to working Kennels or breeders all over North America). The remaining Pups are sold as PETS ONLY. Any Pups listed on this site are being offered for PET ONLY... Overview:
The Siberian Husky is a striking and beloved breed, originating from Northeast Asia where they were bred by the Chukchi people for pulling sleds over long distances in harsh conditions. Physically, they are easily recognizable by their medium size, thick double coat (available in various colors and markings), and often captivating blue or bi-colored eyes. Their temperament is typically friendly, outgoing, and playful, making them generally good with children and other dogs. However, their independent and sometimes stubborn nature, coupled with a strong prey drive, means consistent training and secure containment are essential. While affectionate, their high energy levels and need for significant exercise make them less suitable for sedentary lifestyles or tiny apartments; a house with a securely fenced yard is often preferred. Health-wise, they are generally robust but can be prone to certain conditions like hip and elbow dysplasia and eye problems such as cataracts and progressive retinal atrophy.
