Gamble! Coat: Blue merle with black patches and white markings; tan may appear with age. Even structure and merle - Gamble is my best show quality pup of the litter! Personality and Temperament: Orange is a balanced, middle-of-the-road puppy — not too soft, not too bold. He has a proportional build and steady demeanor, suggesting a well-rounded temperament. Orange tends to observe first, think, then act, which usually produces a very easy dog to live with. Lifestyle Fit: He is likely to suit a wide range of homes — families, active individuals, or first-time Aussie owners. He should enjoy training, moderate adventures, and daily companionship without needing excessive stimulation or high-intensity exercise. Local Pickup: Pickup is primarily at my home in Richmond, where I can provide a safe and calm environment. If meeting elsewhere is needed, I’m happy to coordinate details on a case-by-case basis. Harvey is my sweet boy. He is a 2 year old blue merle with a split face (which is why he is harvey dent!). He is the sweetest and by far the smartest dog i’ve ever met. He is my shadow. Very kind, loving, energetic. A soft and loving soul.
I’ve had him since he was a puppy and he has been a blessing in my life.

Piper is my sweet tri girl. She is a 2 year old black tri with blue eyes. I adopted her at around 8 months. Piper is my loyal, loving girl. She is a complex soul, and I appreciate how deep she is. She is the sweetheart who loves cuddling and playing. She is protective but loves everyone. I love her!

The Australian Shepherd, despite its name, actually originated in the western United States during the 19th century, bred primarily for herding livestock on ranches. These striking dogs are medium-sized with a sturdy build, often sporting captivating merle coats (blue or red) and piercing blue, amber, or marbled eyes, sometimes with two different colors (heterochromia). Known for their exceptional intelligence and high energy, Aussies possess a strong work drive and thrive on having a "job" to do, whether it's agility, obedience, or extensive exercise. Their temperament is generally loyal, affectionate, and good-natured with their families, though they can be reserved with strangers. Due to their high exercise requirements and need for mental stimulation, they are best suited for active families or individuals with ample outdoor space and a commitment to training; apartment living is generally not ideal. Potential owners should also be aware of common health concerns like hip and elbow dysplasia and certain eye conditions, including Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA) and Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA).
