On 1/30/26, I woke up to the sweetest surprise. Mom delivered three beautiful pups, including twins, safely on their dog bed. They are now 4 weeks old and thriving. They are running, playing, chewing, beginning to wean from mom’s milk to wet food and formula, and receiving daily love and hands-on care. Both parents are purebred miniature dachshunds with papers. Mom is a black and brown short-haired mini, born 7/4/2024, with rich dark facial markings and a brown/tan underbelly. Dad is a stunning red dapple short-haired mini, born 6/20/2020, with a unique blend of red, auburn, brown, tan, and blonde tones. Brownie (female) is slightly darker than her brother, with brown-blue eyes and gorgeous dappling that blends mom’s black with dad’s red and blonde hues. She is loving, intelligent, curious, playful, and very cuddly. She enjoys watching TV, especially cartoons, and wrestling with her twin. Planky (male) is lighter in color, like warm plank wood, with a blonde underbelly. Slightly smaller than his sister, he is equally feisty and affectionate. He loves warmth, burrowing under blankets, head and back rubs, and playfully chewing on ears. He is smart, curious, cuddly, and well-behaved. They are natural-born emaths, listeners, cuddlers, and medical assistants. They are nearly identical aside from coat shade and facial details. I am seeking responsible, loving families who understand dachshunds’ unique needs. Homes must have small dog ramps to protect their backs and a secure yard or safe space where they can run. These puppies deserve space, structure, and lifelong commitment. Deposit required (applied toward care and vet expenses), remainder due at pickup. Shipping may be available for an additional fee. Items Included: Will include a health certificate from the vet (after receiving deposit), including current vaccines. Upon pickup (in MA) or delivery (for an extra fee), will include a teething bone and some food. I will also include a list of dos and don'ts for mini doxie care to avoid injuries to their backs, which the breed is very prone to.

The sire is a stunning purebred red dapple short-haired mini, born 6/20/2020, with a unique blend of red, auburn, brown, tan, and blonde tones. With a muscularly toned frame, the sire is fast. He has been trained as an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). This natural emotional intelligence has been passed to his pups. He is a cuddle bug, very loving, well-mannered, drama lover, and big security dog (in his own mind).
Mother
The dam is a purebred black-and-brown short-haired mini, born 7/4/2024, with rich, dark facial markings and a tan underbelly. Taller than the sire and thinner in frame, she is more agile. She is a big blanket hog and burrower; beware, it passed to her pups as well. She is a natural-born medic and has an affinity for caretaking, which has made her the best mother to these little treasures.
