AKC German Shorthaired Pointers (Brother & Sister) – Started Gun Dogs – 1 Year Old I have two German Shorthaired Pointers (male & female, littermates) born January 1, 2025, looking for a knowledgeable, active home. These are started gun dogs with strong natural ability and excellent instincts. They have been exposed to birds and gunfire and are showing strong pointing and retrieving behaviors. Details: - 1 year old (born 1/1/2025) - Male & female (brother/sister) - AKC registered (papers included) - Microchipped (HomeAgain) - Spayed/neutered - Up-to-date on all vaccinations - Crate trained - Raised together and work well as a pair Temperament & Ability: - Very bird-driven with strong hunting instincts - Athletic, well-built with top color and excellent overall conformation - Intelligent and eager to work - Friendly and capable of being both field and family dogs with proper structure Important: These are high-energy working dogs, not suited for sedentary homes. They require: - Ample space to run - Daily physical and mental exercise - An owner familiar with sporting or working breeds They are closely bonded and have been raised and trained together, so preference will be given to a home willing to take both.
