STANDARD POODLE MALE LAST PUP

Rowdy loves human interaction and contact. He is very forward and direct, knows what he wants, knows how to communicate about it. He would LOVE to spend his days with humans who are retired, semi-retired, work from home, or work for themselves and can include him in their daily activities. He is a vibrant, in-the-mix pup, and would not do well in a sit-and-forget situation. He absolutely thrives on routine and structure. When he knows what is coming next he gets very excited and races to take it head-on, as a matter of fact he speed-walks everywhere he goes. He is treat and attention motivated. He craves that one on one attention and to be near your side. Rowdy is crate and potty trained, but we do not let him free roam unsupervised in the house yet. He rides well in the car, is learning to walk properly on leash, knows "kennel", "outside-go-potty", "drink", "sit", and is working on proper recall. He is great with the vet and the groomer. He is quiet in his kennel at night, likes to wake up early with a prompt potty trip outside in the morning, followed by drink and food, and then lots of human attention. We are training him to spend some time in his kennel during the day, but does prefer to be right on top of your feet if you are at the desk, and adjacent to whatever project you are tackling outdoors. If there is a pool, large water dish, or any body of water, he will be swimming in it. He might make an incredible boat skipper or water retriever. Rowdy is fun, hilarious, dramatic, and a best friend for someone who has leadership experience, and is looking for that special sidekick to share their life with. Tail and dewclaws docked, all puppy shots and rabies completed, crate/potty trained. Comes with LIMITED CKC registration and pedigree. Both parents DNA tested clear for all breed related genetics.
