It can weigh 13 to 20 pounds and stand between 10 and 15 inches. This dog breed is extremely intelligent and hypoallergenic. Its unique characteristics also make it the perfect pet for small families and apartment dwellers. If you want a playful dog for your home, consider a Cairn Poo. While the Bichon/Poodle is known for its wavy coat, a Cairn has a silky undercoat. The two breeds have similar temperaments and tendencies, so you might end up with a pup that doesn’t need as much exercise.
