Description
This tri colored Aussie Lab cross is approximately six months old. She spent her first several months in a virbrant large family with lots of kids. She was introduced to crate training, simple commands like sit and lay, potty training, and car riding. She has been well socialized and gets along in multi dog and cat homes. However, she was surrendered to me after she demonstrated anxiety and nipping with young spontaneous children, especially when resource guarding. They wanted her to have greater freedom of movement than they could provide with so many young children to supervise around her. Reyah would do best in a home with children aged 10 and older who demonstrate greater calm. She has done quite well with my grandson who is 9, but her anxiety went up when she was exposed to my 4 year old grand-daughter. Reyah just needs a calmer environment where she can grow in confidence and grace to bring forward her best self. She is very loyal and shadows "her person" like it's her job, a strong Aussie trait. She also picks up training commands quickly which shows her intellect and desire to please. She clearly demonstrates submissive qualities in the multi dog settings as she is presently with four other matured full Aussies without incident. The lab quality comes through most in her short coat which frankly makes grooming a dream compared to a full Aussie. Reyah will come with a crate, toys, a bucket with food, bowls, leash, etc...to make rehoming as easy as possible.
