Description
My adorable little AKC Fawn Doberman Pinscher puppy, born June 16, is now ready to meet his new family! A fawn Doberman, also known as an Isabella Doberman, is a rare color variation of the Doberman Pinscher characterized by a light beige or silvery-brown coat. This unique coloration results from a recessive gene that causes color dilution, making it one of the four officially recognized coat colors by the American Kennel Club (AKC). This little one has been raised with children and other pets, so he is super outgoing and well-socialized. This puppy is up to date on vaccinations and deworming, and eating solid food. He will go home with his shot records and a small bag of his current food to make the transition easier. If you’d like more information or want to schedule a visit to meet him, feel free to call or text me at (317)956-0200.
Items Included: Current vaccinations, copy of shot records, bag of current puppy food.

Overview:
The Doberman Pinscher is a sleek and powerful breed originating from Germany in the late 19th century, specifically developed by Karl Friedrich Louis Dobermann for protection. Known for their striking, athletic build, Dobermans typically possess a short, glossy coat that comes in black, red, blue, or fawn, often with rust-colored markings. Their temperament is a fascinating blend of loyalty, intelligence, and alertness, making them exceptional guardians and devoted companions. While highly trainable and eager to please, they require early socialization and consistent training to channel their energy and protectiveness appropriately. Dobermans can thrive in active families who can provide ample exercise and mental stimulation, but their need for space and activity generally makes them less suitable for small apartment living unless exceptionally well-exercised. Regarding health, they are predisposed to certain conditions like Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM), Von Willebrand's Disease, and Wobbler Syndrome, so responsible breeding and veterinary care are paramount.
