Posted Breed: Chocolate Labrador Retriever / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (short coat). Tula is a very special girl. She has received TONS of professional training that has given her the ability to safely be able to go off leash on the trails and camping in nature! She is an active girl who loves to get out and run (even along side a dirt bike or UTV), but she also has a very easy going side that is happy to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie. Tula does well with other similar sized dogs and bigger. Although she would definitely do best in a home without cats due to her high prey drive. Tula is great in her crate and rides well in a car. She has gone on a 15 hour road trip and done great. She currently is in a foster home with 2 dog savvy kids, 4 year old and almost a 23 month old. Tula does struggle to meet new people. As long as someone is willing to give her the time she needs to slowly come around and warm up she will settle right in and become your best friend! For this reason a meet and greet may be slightly tough to get to know her true behavior 1 on 1 with you. But please be open minded when you come to meet her and see how she interacts with the people she knows and know that you will have the same relationship with her too!
