Posted Breed: Terrier. This cutie patootie is Ares. Ares is a little shy at first but is a fun loving, affectionate guy once he gets to know you. He can be a cuddler as well but gets a little scared if people come at him too quickly, so while he has an amazing temperament, we recommend a home with no small children. Ares is estimated to be about 2 to 3 years old by our vet, just had his teeth cleaned and his urinalysis came back perfect. So this handsome guy is looking for his Furever home. Posted Breed: Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Born 11/12/15, 1 in a litter of 8, these puppies lost their Mom. As fate would have it, another Mom, Farrah, had just lost her 11 puppies. Quick thinking from their foster brought them together for a perfectly blended family. Dixi's siblings have all been long adopted. She's a little over a year and a half old now, and we have no idea why this gorgeous girl hasn't found a home yet. She is loving and gentle but feisty and fun at the same time! He can also be nippy if forced to do something he doesn't want to do. As such, he needs a home with no small children. He is ok with other dogs. She gets along well with other dogs, has been around cats and she is adorably unique looking. Could have some shar pei...we can't say with any certainty, but she is for sure, cute as all get out. Posted Breed: Hound / Mixed. These are Daisy and Tommy, both about 8 years old. They have lived with each for about 6 years and love playing together in the house and in the yard. Other dogs sometimes visit them and they all get along fine. Ideally, they should be adopted together, since they've lived with each other for years, but each could probably get along with any other dog if they were adopted separately. They know plenty of commands and recently visited the vet, so they are up to date on all inoculations and are spayed and neutered. Daisy is microchipped. They don't need long walks, so, if you like to just sit at home, they are fine. As long as they have a fenced-in back yard, they are happy. They are glad to wait for you at home while you are at work, too. They both love rawhide and like to settle down for a good chew after eating their bowls of food. Daisy is the larger one and is a mix of two Coonhound breeds (Redbone Coonhound and Black-and-Tan Coonhound). She's extremely friendly and loves everyone she meets. She loves food and will counter-surf if the opportunity presents itself. She virtually never barks--just part of her personality. Tommy is a Treeing Walker Coonhound and loves running in the back yard and barking at whatever he sees, whether it's deer, wild turkeys, or cats walking through the yard. They'd love to stay where they are, but their owner recently died, so they need new homes. They want to find a new family, because they miss their owner and need some people to love. Posted Breed: German Shorthaired Pointer / Beagle / Mixed. Meet Farrah. What a special girl she is. Found emaciated, sick and pregnant, then nurtured back to health by her Foster Mom, Farrah delivered 11 puppies, but sadly none of them survived. As fate would have it, 8 little orphans desperately needed a Mom. They were put together and Farrah fed them, and loved them until they were old enough to be on their own.
