Posted Breed: Terrier / Shepherd / Mixed. Meet Blue of the Rainbow Pups! This sweet, playful pup is around 3 months old and he can't wait to find a forever family to love. His mama, Rainbow, is a beautiful little 25 lb. Terrier and Shepherd mix who is as sweet as can be. We don't know who daddy is, but think this cutie may be bigger than his mom and is going to be on the medium side when full grown. Blue and his siblings are so much fun! He is middle of the pack, energy-wise, in comparison to his siblings, and a big fan of squeaky toys. Blue is a little shy in new situations with new people but if you let him come to you, he warms up fast. He is more independent than his siblings are, but checks back in with his foster mom every now and then before running off to play again. Blue's favorite thing in the whole wide world to do is play with his doggie buddies. He sleeps quietly through the night and loves to cuddle. This smart boy is learning how to walk on a leash and has already mastered his "sit" command. Blue is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. He needs a family committed to training, including house training, crate training and basic obedience, and providing him exercise and proper socialization to be the best adult dog he can be. If you are interested in little Blue, please apply online on our website today. This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at .labsandmore and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.Thank you for looking to Adopt a Labrador Retriever or other Mixed Breed Dog from California Labradors Retrievers and More Rescue. Please take a moment and go to .labsandmore and click on Adopt to complete our online dog adoption application. If you have any questions email us at doginfolabsandmore or call us at 858-273-5386. We don't know who daddy is, but we think this sweetheart is going to be on the medium side when full grown. Green has medium energy and is a bit lower key than his siblings. He is very affectionate although upon first meeting, he prefers to approach you before he decides you are his new best friend. He likes toys and will play with you for a bit before taking the toy to go chew on it by himself. He doesn't sleep through the night yet because one of his siblings is always waking him up to get into mischief.
