The Miniature Labradoodle is a hybrid or designer breed that was developed by crossing Labrador Retriever and a Poodle (Miniature). Though the breed was intended to be a 50/50 mix, many of the Miniature Labradoodle are bred over many generations and may not always be 50% and 50%. They are loyal and protective of their family and make very good companion dogs. They can fit into apartment life is sufficient exercise and running opportunities are provided although they would ideally need a house with a fenced yard.
