Posted Breed: Jack Russell Terrier / Rat Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 450. First and foremost, Copper is very loving and wants so much love and attention! She is one of the cuddliest dogs I have ever met. Although she is listed as 1 1/2 years, she acts very much like a puppy. She actually had some pups of her own last October (way too young!!! AND she had 10 puppies!). The family that took her in when she was pregnant and watched her and the puppies until the puppies could be adopted said she was an incredibly attentive and caring mother but she was definitely ready to be her own dog by the end. I don't think she had a lot of time to be a puppy when she was younger so she is making up for it now. She loves to play, go on walks etc. She is smart and loves to learn! She soaks up attention and wants to make her humans happy! Right now due to her energy and needing some training we think a home without young kids is best. If you have an active home and are looking for a dog that will go on adventures with you and then snuggle you at night, Copper is your gal! Copper is an owner surrender.
