Posted Breed: Akita (medium coat). MAIKO needs a Miracle - - - LOVELAND, COLORADO Maiko has lived his entire life with his family, and after facing a life-changing situation, they have no other option but to rehome him. He has been loved - intensely - since he was a pup, and is well socialized, but like many Akitas, he would do best as an only dog in the home and in a home with kids older than 10. He is going to turn 8 in March, is neutered, up to date with all his vaccinations, and is microchipped. He has no known health issues and has never been involved in a bite incident with a human or other dog. His family is devastated and has asked for our help in rehoming him, and avoid him having to be moved to Southern California. Please share this post. He is located in Loveland, Colorado (Just North of Denver).
