Posted Breed: Terrier / Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). *This is a courtesy listing.* Meet Ziggy! 8-year-old Ziggy needs a loving new home. She has lived with her family since she was a puppy, and she loves the adults and teenager in the home. Unfortunately, she is stressed by and reactive towards the younger members of the family, including a toddler and preschooler and has bitten them. Ziggy's family worked with a behavioral training specialist to address the issue, and the trainer made progress with her. Unfortunately, the demands of work and home prevented them from having the time to continue with training. Ziggy is described as sweet and loving with adults and older children. She played well with other dogs when she was younger; her family is unsure of how she would do now in a home with other pets. Ziggy is in good health, house-trained, uses a doggie door, and enjoys time in her yard.
